Why I can't use 9proxy please fix it
Hi, I just want to share my experience regarding Buyandship and their third-party delivery service. As you can see, I’ve been waiting for almost a month for my parcel, and they still don’t know where it is going.
I keep messaging them, but I’m still not getting any clear answers. They only keep saying:
“This is still being investigated by our warehouse together with the courier, and we are awaiting an update. We will notify you as soon as we have an update.”
They also provided a tracking number, but when I check it on SF Express, it says:
“Tracking information is not available at the moment. Your parcel may still be awaiting pickup — please try again shortly.”
Is there any way to deal with this situation? It’s been causing me stress every day because the parcel is worth over $1,000, and I didn’t avail of the premium service. This is the first time I’ve experienced a problem like this.
