We met a psycho at Whitby Harbour Lighthouse (Beach) who has a big dog. Even though dog was on leash he let his dog come near to people. Near enough to bite. We got frightened and asked him to keep his dog away and he started shit talking like "you scared my dog" "you know what you do when the dog comes near to you, you say boho".
Why do these psychos not understand that people fear big dogs if they get too close. And what's the meaning of leash if you let your dog go near someone? Near enough that dog can bite.
I just hate this kind of person. Also to the dog owners who says, "my dog does not bite, you scared my dog" come on have a life and let someone live their life.

During my in-store visit, an employee said buy now and return if you don't like it in 30 days. I asked if it is possible for online orders too and she said yes. The size I wanted was not in-store so i ordered it online.

Here is the game now, during online order if you choose store pickup option and pay online then you cannot return into the store, you have to return it through shipping only and uniqlo CHARGE 10 DOLLARS FOR THE RETURN.

If you purchase online with a store pickup option and PAY IN THE STORE, then you can return into stores.

This is such a bad policy from the brand I love. It is way out of the expected policy like other brands. On top of that the employee flexed about the return policy without saying it's a paid return policy.

My spouse and I are looking to buy a home here in Ontario soon. We need to use both of our incomes and credit scores to qualify for the mortgage amount we want, so we'll both be signing the mortgage.
However, for asset protection/liability reasons (one of us has a business), we want to put the property's land title/deed under only one of our names.
So the setup would be:
Mortgage: Both of us (Husband + Wife)
Property Title/Deed: Only one of us
We know about the Family Law Act and the Matrimonial Home rules in Ontario regarding equal possession/equity, so we aren’t worried about that side of things. Our main question is about the banks.
Has anyone done this recently? Do major Canadian lenders (A-lenders/Big Banks) actually accept a mortgage where one spouse is a co-borrower or guarantor but completely off-title? Or do most lenders strictly demand that whoever is on the mortgage must also be on the title?
Would love to hear from any mortgage brokers or anyone who has structured their home purchase this way. Which lenders are friendlier to this setup, and is there anything specific we should watch out for with our real estate lawyer?

We placed a bucket near the gutter so that rain water gets collected in bucket and can be used in garden, last time when I used water the bucket's inside had foot print of racoon( No feces in the bucket). I poured water from that bucket to my backyard where water touched my hand. Later on I refilled bucket with fresh water and sprinkled over garden. The raccoon might have drank from the water. Also after watering I had my breakfast where I do not remember if I washed my hand thoroughly. Should I be concerned about this situation?
See the image, car speed 63kmph, posted speed limit 60, apple car play shows 71 as a speed. The car play speed start to show false data from the time car reach speed limit and jump by 10, 15 or 20. Can anyone help to fix it please???
In Ontario, I own Honda CRV Sports 2026 model. It's a new car purchased a month ago. I notice when the road speed limit is 60 KM/H if I am travelling at 59km/h then I see correct vehicle speed on dashboard and apple car play but the time I reach 61km/h vehicle speed on dashboard it start to show speed like >70km/h instead of actual 61km/h vehicle speed in the apple car play. It's interesting to see jump of 10kmph on applecar play.
It happens with all speed limits like 40, 50, 70, 100 all. Anyone know what can be the issue here?
