Feels like the junction of Harold Road and Highfield Hill has been dug up about 5 or 6 times this year. Do the council not hold Thames Water accountable for these constant fuck ups?
I keep coming across these new cycle crossing features in zebra crossings, this one is on Agar Grove. Whenever I approach on a bike cars never stop though. Do these crossings only apply to pedestrians or should cars be stopping for bikes too?
Bought a set of powder coated cast iron kettlebells from Muscleiq which are quite good, they can be abrasive but good for grip. Then had to get a heavier one so got a single 28kg from Gym sets UK as it was slightly cheaper, it arrived today and I didnt realise it had a smoother finish then the set I have. It wont be as abrasive but im worried it might be harder to grip. Was wondering what experiences other in the UK have when ordering cast iron kettlebells online and whether people prefer the powder coated finish or the smoother finish?
Reported my first blocked roadside drain on the love clean streets app today. My question is will it actually get dealt with? Or will my enquiry just sit there for months unresolved? Has anyone got any experience with reporting issues on the app and do they get actioned?
Im planning on buying a set of cast iron kettlebells that I think are powder coated. I will be storing them outside in a waterproof storage box as thats the only place I have space for them and I will mostly be using them in my garden. Should I be concerned about them rusting despite being powder coated and in a waterproof storage box or should they be okay?
