By the time I get to the gate for entry, I will be just after 11pm. My flight to BFL lands at 10:15

For context, this is 42 hours, 4 cancelled flights, and $1700 later since first leaving my house at 8am eastern time on Tuesday May 19. I do not have a hotel booked. My hotel was for last night when my first flight was supposed to arrive.

Is there any way I can negotiate with the gatekeepers? Is this even a possibility? Is there a hard cutoff? What are the chances I can enter tonight?

I have a friend inside the festival, my ticket is 5-day VIP, easy peasy. Not sure if any of that info is pertinent

So I’m not as interested in posted info as I am in the experience of those who have attended LIB in the past:

I am in NY and my flight is on the 19th in the morning. TIXR still says my ticket will be shipped as soon as possible. Is there a really strong chance I’ll have to hit Will Call on Wednesday morning/afternoon?

What is there to do on Wednesday? I have Easy Peasy camping and a 5-day VIP pass. How ought I spend my Wednesday afternoon/evening?

For those of you who have experience with Easy Peasy, what is the best setup? What will I want to bring in addition to what comes with the easy peasy setup? What is their bedding like? How big is the tent? I just wanna know what to expect and I can’t find much online. Thanks in advance, this is my first time camping ever (festival or not) and I am willing to spend a little more for extra comfort/convenience.

What is the dancing space like at LIB?

I usually have to go to the VERY BACK where there’s lots of space but terrible sound, otherwise I’m closer to the front and shoulder to shoulder with everyone, unable to really dance the way I love to (jump style, shuffle). Will this be the case at LIB?
