hello fellow fof friends!

so i have an intense fear of flying. my last flight, i had a complete meltdown beforehand, crying, freaking out, even throwing up due to the anxiety. for added context, i don’t have many fears regarding the safety aspect, its just the enclosed space/claustrophobia that usually triggers it.

i decided that for my next flight i needed medication, or at least wanted to give it a fair try.

my doctor prescribed my Klonopin .5mg for my flight. does anyone here have any experiences with this specific benzo? if so, id love to hear it! thank you!
