In the initial phase of Google hiring via Randstad in India. Kindly help on what to expect next?
Things which are done till now. 1. Recruiter call for 30-40 mins where most of my details were asked with 2 business related hypothetical questions. I was totally not expecting this but still ended up answering to the best way possible
2. Asked to apply for the role post the call as i was reached out via linkedin
3. Interview preparation call with multiple other people who have joined the very next day
4. After a week got an email which asked me to share more details of why google and the motivation towards the role? ( this happened last Friday)
What should i expect next and how does this generally work for others? Anybody who has recently given a similar interview process can kindly share some insights here. I'm typically wanting to know the time it takes and the chances of the first round to happen?
