I lost my job on may 1st I had a plan through the mass health connector that was reimbursed through an health reimbursement program at my work.

I called mass health connector they couldn’t say if I could switch plans or sign up up for mass health (Medicare system)

I submitted my proof of income which is $200 a month she said it could could take 10 days or more to make a decision

My current income is $200/month

My unemployment is still pending with the state

Can I get a cheaper plan or am i screwed obviously I can’t afford a plan that’s 4x my income

Recently successfully appealed a ticket for an accident that an officer claimed was my fault

The lawyer told me if I ever get stopped in the future the police would assume I was guilty and the judge just let me off and was lenient

Is that true?
