1 is form shot, 2 is a midrange, 3 is a 3pter. Also, if im dribbling into a shot or pulling up or someone is in front of me, no matter the distance, i always revert to no. 2 on habit. If no one is in front of me and im catching and shooting, i default to no. 3.
