So i live in hostel of smvit college Bengaluru and the venue is too far from my place. Why the heck it's starting at 4pm heollll??? Cab is too expensive if someone is going from near this area please help me figure it out or I'll explode

Hi! I'm from Bengaluru! Recently there was hybe pop up park in Mumbai and Guwahati! I'm happy for people who attended it! Can someone tell me which activities were paid and which were not?like how much budget should I keep in mind?
