Hello guys, i have older pc and i'm thinking about upgrade, i think the jest option will be to change motherboard and CPU + newer ram

For specs i have:

Intel core i7-3770 3.4 GHz

Motherboard H77MA-G43 (ms-7756)

GPU: GeForce GTX 3060 12gb

SSD driver patriot p220 1tb

And HDD driver 1tb

PSU ibox aurora 700w

16gb ram ddr3

On pc im playing mostly strategy / older games, i dont mind to play on lower graphics as im playing strategy/older games like Warcraft 3, Heroes, Anno 1800, civilization etc.

What will be your recommendation for best upgrade, my budget is around $500-600, but if itll be much much better i can save a bit more.
