Music Supervision Career Start

So I’m a Social Worker….graduated and have my license to practice lol, but I am highly interested in pursuing a career in music supervision as well. I don’t want to do it necessarily for the money, but because I think I can be good at it. I wouldn’t know where to start because both of my degrees are in social work. Have any advice on the best way to get started? I’ve thought about looking into the Berklee Music Supervision Program but it’s brand new and no one is able to speak on its worth. I think I would have to be actively in school for an internship. I can always go back to social worker cause that is my calling, but now I want to pursue another a passion of mine.

Struggling to find work

I received my MSW in 2024, I took a job in higher ed that wasn’t really social work related and a year later I was laid off. Ever since then, I have been struggling to get in to the field for a full-time job. I do have my LMSW for the state I’m in but I don’t have any clinical experience. The work I did at my MSW field placement doesn’t seem like it’s acceptable experience for clinical work for all of these positions because every application has been denied. I’ve tried applying for a fellowship and I made it to the last round and wasn’t accepted. I thought about going back to school for a counseling or MFT degree but that’s more student debt. I don’t know what to do and I’m slowly giving up. Help
