Brand-new tank
Hi! I just recently played ff7/remake/rebirth and have absolutely fallen in love with the series. I thought I'd check out this game while waiting for the next one! I know absolutely nothing about FFXIV or its community. There are a lot of people in the town I started in, but nobody talks in the chat, so I feel awkward approaching random players for help. If anyone knows any beginner-friendly groups to join/would want to show me around the early game in Limsa Lominsa/is willing to share any advice for a first-time player, I would really appreciate it! I chose to start as a tank (marauder) specifically because I'm a tank main in Overwatch, but if Healer or DPS are better for first-time players, I'm not very far in and could make a new character. My character is a female Veena Viera named Zinya Korre. I'm in Primal Exodus!
