Help choosing finishes for bathroom refresh

Trying to update our early 2000s primary bath into a warmer organic modern, slightly mid-century vibe without fully gutting it.

Leaning toward muted sage/olive vanity cabinets, keeping the floor, updating/removing the wallpaper, and updating shower hardware/lighting. Attached are current photos + render inspiration.

Main question:
What vanity paint color would you choose to achieve this look while still feeling timeless and bright?

Also:
black hardware or warm brass?
should I ditch the current large mirror for 2 separate mirrors + sconces, or keep the large mirror for functionality/light?

Would love actual paint color recommendations if you have them!
