In need for assistance since I’m planning to reapply in Canada.

Here’s my Profile:

30years old
Single
Has Communication Arts bachelor degree in the Philippines
Has a certificate program in Canada in Hotel and Hospitality Services
Previously working as a Hotel Front Desk for 2yrs in Winnipeg Manitoba.
Has a relative in Winnipeg Manitoba and they’re already citizen.
Only gained work experience in Canada since I graduated college during pandemic and didn’t pursue to work in the Philippines that’s why I only gained work experience in Canada.

*Has anyone here gone back to the Philippines because they ran out of options in Canada, then successfully applied to return to Canada?

*When you returned to Canada, were you already a PR (Permanent Resident)?

*What processes or steps did you complete while in the Philippines to be able to return to Canada?

*Is it necessary to find an employer in Canada while still in the Philippines, or is it okay even without one? Where did you find your employer?

*How long did it take for you to return to Canada after going back to the Philippines?

*If applying again from the Philippines, do you need to have a current job or be employed in order to apply to return to Canada?

Best Pathway to return as PR in Canada

How and what do you apply for permanent residency in Canada if you are applying from outside Canada and you have a relative who is already a Canadian citizen in Manitoba? You also have 2 years of Hotel Guest services Canadian work experience, you were a former international student in Canada, and you are single and already 30 years old. What is the best pathway to take in order to return to Canada? Never been received an ITA in MPNP. Is it better to apply through MPNP or through Express Entry?

I would like to seek an advice regarding my situation here in Canada. Currently I’m in Manitoba and my work permit extension was already expired last March and waiting for some announcement that could save me of not going back home. I’m from the Philippines. I would like to seek an advice if it’s possible if I will apply H&C here in Canada since I was sexually abused when I was a minor and I’m 29 years old now. The only option that I have right now is applying H&C. How long will it take to process and get an approval in my case? And do I have a stronger case if I proceed with this application? Do you think H&C would be the better option for me or I will apply refugee claim or Asylum instead?
