Roast my resume
Recent graduate with 3+ years of experience as a software engineer with no interviews lined up and a single callback this cycle. I've applied to 1000+ jobs. Trying to figure what the issue is starting with my resume :)

Repost after fixing some of the issues mentioned in the Wiki.
I'm a recent MS Computer Science graduate currently working as a full-stack Software Engineer at a university research lab. I have 3 years of full-time industry experience prior to grad school in enterprise software and data systems.
I'm targeting Software Engineer and AI Engineer roles, new grad, early career, and mid-level positions (up to 3 years of experience required). I'm open to all company sizes, big tech, mid-size, and startups, and am willing to relocate anywhere in the US.
I've submitted 800 to 1,000+ applications and have received just a single callback. I'm an international student on OPT/F-1 visa.
I'm looking for honest, critical feedback on my resume. I suspect the issue may be in how I'm framing my experience, the structure/formatting, or ATS parsing, but I genuinely don't know what's killing my chances at even the screening stage. Any feedback is welcome.
