I am moving to Baton Rouge in the fall and am between either moving to 525 Lafayette or Evergreen at Tuscany.

What does downtown have to offer ? I just need advice on the areas etc

Also which would be better to live in for a law student/young professional?

Edit: I don’t need the negative comments about Baton Rouge. I’m going there for law school so it is what it is
