I’ve been struggling for a while with one problem in construction projects:

👉 Everything looks “ready”… until execution starts and delays explode.

So I built a simple Notion system to track:

• Contractor readiness (LOA → kickoff → execution)
• Design & tender blockers
• Approvals and dependencies
• A live “What’s Blocking the Project” dashboard

The biggest difference?
You can immediately see what’s blocking progress before it becomes a delay.

Example:

Missing permits
Pending design approvals
Contractor submissions not done

All flagged automatically.
