i’ve been living here for four months now, and this is the second time that water has seeped underneath my window seal under the wall, and I can see the water dripping down behind the wall. I feel hot air coming through the little crack as well. They’ve come in before and apparently checked for mold as well as resealed this, but the resealing has opened what could this issue be and is this common? Has this happen to anyone else? Also the first time this happened mold came on to the wall.
