So I have had a leaking roof for a long time now and have reported it four times ,never took it further due to fear of being kicked out.

My rent is below market rate so I just put up with it and I was just grateful for what I have but everytime it rains the ceiling drips and I feel uneasy and anxious that if will collapse. There is loose plaster in the walls and the plaster cracks from where it so damp. I will attach pictures.

I don't know if I am being over dramatic or should I just put up,shut up and be grateful ?

I have reported it with pictures and was told he was trying to get a roofer out but nothing every materialised.
