Are Malta’s “online business gurus” actually legit?

Not accusing anyone specifically, but has anyone else noticed the rise of Maltese TikTok “entrepreneurs” selling dropshipping/ecommerce courses while showing luxury lifestyles, expensive cars, “alpha male” advice, religion/tradition content, and the whole Andrew Tate-style mindset branding?
A lot of them claim huge success, but when you look deeper the only proof usually seems to be:
screenshots,

testimonials on their own websites,

self-reported revenue claims,

students promoting the same system.

Very little independent verification, actual business records, or externally known brands.
People like Liam Cutajar are examples of the type of creator I mean — not accusing him of anything illegal. I’m genuinely curious whether these businesses are actually making serious money, or whether the real business is selling mentorships and courses.
