With this build Celica can stack a decent amount of true damage and also have a consistent special each combat making her way more useful than I’d expect. I am wondering if discord should be switched for the new skill from Lyon but ultimately I want to try a build that uses comet and pulse up blades but magic light is great. The c skill needs an update but she still destroys and she also is missing an echo skill (among other things like florets merges etc) but resources are sparse.
