Tcs OL ctc mismatch
Got TCS Digital offer letter at 7.09 LPA (fresher salary) instead of 7.5–7.9 LPA (experienced rate) — has anyone faced this? What did you do?
I applied for the TCS Digital role as an experienced hire. The advertised/expected package for experienced Digital hires is 7.5–7.9 LPA.
But my offer letter shows 7.09 LPA — which is essentially the fresher Digital rate.
I've already mailed my recruiter about this but haven't heard back yet.
A few questions for anyone who's been through this:
Has anyone else received a fresher-band offer letter for an experienced Digital role?
Did TCS correct it after you raised it, or did they refuse?
How long did it take to get a response from HR?
Should I escalate beyond the recruiter? If yes, to whom?
Feeling really stressed about this — any advice or similar experiences would really help. 🙏
