Hello! My AC, a Midea Celest 1.5 HP, was installed 2 weeks ago.

The COOL mode does not make my room cold, but the DRY mode does. In COOL mode at 16°C, it emits cool air, but it still does not feel as cold as DRY mode at 23°C.

What should I do? I’ve been using DRY mode for almost a week now, around 8–9 hours every night so I can sleep comfortably. However, I read somewhere that DRY mode should only be used for up to 2 hours.

I already called the installer before, and when they checked the unit, they said that COOL mode at 16°C was cold. At that time, I had not yet discovered that DRY mode actually made the room feel colder.
