Hi everyone, I recently moved to St. Catharines, and i am so bored. What are some things to do here for someone in their early 20s? All of my friends live in the toronto area and im trying to meet new people

I’m a first-year science (university) student in Canada, and I’m facing a bit of a dilemma regarding medical school. When I look at the tuition in Italy compared to Ireland or Canada, Italy is really intriguing because it's so much more affordable. However, I’ve built a life here; I’ve already started renting a house with friends near my current university. If I get in abroad, I’d

have to find someone to take over my spot and move to Italy alone.I’m torn because I finally have some peace and stability here, and I’ve moved around a lot in my life already. At the same time, becoming a doctor in Canada feels nearly impossible. My parents are willing to support me studying in Ireland, but it costs around $400k—they can cover half, but I’d have to take out a loan for the rest. I’m lowkey leaning toward staying because I value the stability I finally have, but I’m worried I'm wasting time. Then again, Italy is beautiful and studying there would be a dream. Should I stay or should I go?
