How bad is Manali traffic right now? Bus reaches at 6AM, trek starts at 9:30

I have booked a bus from delhi to manali which drops me off at 6 am, Tuesday. My trek starts at 9:30 am. I have been seeing reels of massive traffic jams on instagram, what are the chances that my bus gets stuck in such traffic too?
