My dad currently lives in Northern California. His dream has been to move to SD. Now with his crippling arthritis pain he really wants to take the plunge to be somewhere warm for the last few years of his life.

He’ll need something that’s one story, luxury, close to healthy places to eat. Money isn’t a concern here wants something nice. View of the ocean would be nice but not a deal breaker. Nothing that can get windy or overcast for too many day.

Any condo recommendations to look at?
