Do checkpoint officers check if I have M/T or A/T restrictions?
I currently have both A and B DL codes (only automatic transmission) on my professional drivers license. But I am going to be purchasing a vehicle tomorrow that’s Manual Transmission. I will be driving it home, but I worry that if may checkpoint and they see that the DL codes on the back of my license do not have Manual Transmission on them. Based on you guys’ experience, do officers check the back of the license for any restrictions or do they usually only check the front?
