Is this turn legal
This is a question pertaining to whether a turn is legal or illegal. This is Los Angeles California on Crenshaw Boulevard. The question is whether the turn from position A to position B, turning left into the parking garage, is legal? Is C to D legal, turning left? I assume C to D is legal as my understanding is it is a shared center lane, or two-way left-turn lane (TWLTL). The second picture shows the street itself more clearly. It is a dashed yellow middle lane with solid outside yellow.
I'm thinking of moving into the building at position B, but if I can't make that left turn it is very problematic, traffic-wise for me because I'll be coming that direction every day to get home.
This is all of course given that nobody is in the A position trying to turn left.
