Hey, is there anyone who could teach me how to make pixel art logos for my templates? Something like this?

I’m looking for someone who makes clothes in this style and can teach me how to make logos this clean and defined, with a pixel-art style, as well as the clothing seams and details. I want everything to look as clean and well-made as this. I’m willing to pay if necessary.
