Hello, everyone. I would like to seek help regarding what happened to me earlier after my Move-It ride.
Earlier, I got into a misunderstanding with a Move It rider because I didn't have enough cash on hand. It was only after the ride that I realized the money I had wasn't enough. I asked the rider if he had GCash. I didn’t appreciate his reaction because he looked visibly frustrated. I immediately told him that I would just withdraw money or cash out from my GCash. He muttered some words, but I just ignored him since I was already rushing to withdraw. I also told him not to worry because I wouldn't run away without paying.
So when I told him not to worry because I was just going to withdraw and cash out, and that I wouldn't run out on him, he actually got mad at me. I ignored his reaction for a moment and went ahead to get the money. Since the ATM didn't dispense 100-peso bills, I just decided to cash out from my GCash. My fare was ₱78, and I cashed out ₱100.
Once I had the money, I went back to where I left him, but he wasn't there anymore. I called him and asked, 'Asan po kayo?' He replied, 'Nandito ako sa harap. Bumili ako ng tubig, na-stress ako sayo.' I really didn't appreciate what he said. When he got back to where I was waiting, I handed him the money, and he told me, 'Sa susunod, ‘wag mo sasabihin na hindi mo ko tatakbuhan, kasi ang panget pakinggan.' I explained to him that if that wasn't my intention, why did he react that way? I only said it upfront so he wouldn't think I'd run out on him over such a small amount. If he didn't mean any harm, why was he so defensive, acting so stressed, and muttering all sorts of things? I gave him a ₱100 because I know it stressed him out and he waited for me.
We got into a heated argument shortly after. He then said, ‘Anong pinagmamayabang mo? Yung ₱100 mo? Hindi na nga kita sinisingil. ‘Di ko ‘to kailangan.’ He then left in a speed.
I need advice, was I wrong to say that? I’m still shaken from what happened. I don’t know how to contact Move-It Support.

- Tried telling the Rider that my GCash was locked, he dismissed it and continued mumbling words.
- My concern is was I wrong to say that? Lol. I was fully aware that the Rider is hella tired. But to tell me that he was stressed and all? He even said foul words.
- I was fully aware that he is tired and stressed, thus giving him ₱100. But then he started lashing out.
Testing my luck here. I checked Bootcamp, but they only have a size for kids. Do you guys know any sellers for it? I’m okay with replicas, basta it’s good quality. Help a les bleus fan out. 🥹
