VW JETTA 2020 1.4 automatic

I have just performed the transmission fluid change and did it by myself and i don’t now if this thing was the issue before as well. But it happens like this whenever i cold start when the transmission fluid temp is from 10 degree to 70 degrees. After 70 degrees it starts going normal without needle bounce and does smooth shift. Only when the fluid is cold needle bounce . This happens in 5th 6th and 7th gear. I did level the car using jacks and did the fluid level check at 35 degrees. Thanks, will appreciate the help.
