Things i require from roommate:-

1. No substance abuse (smoking, drugs ,alcohol, etc)

2. No problem with lights when studying

3. Not inviting people 24×7 inside the room

4. Person who follows hygiene and cleanness

5. A person who doesn't abuse 24×7 in room
