A girl I never met, lied about us dating, getting intimate and getting her pregnant.

So met this girl on Tinder ( let's call her T) back in 2023 when I was single, we switched to Insta later on and had occasional sexting over some period. After sometime we didn't stay in touch even on Insta and That's it.
We never met bcoz we lived Thousands of miles away, didn't even speak over call once or did any VC but she remained in my followers list over Insta.
Now around a year n half later this girl 'T' texted the girl I later got involved with (let's call her A) ( T must have observed our regular comments to each other n activities on social media ) Now 'T' shared our sexting chat SS to her and lied:
- that we are currently dating.
- that we are dating since 2019 when she was 17yrs old
- that she was a student at the same University as mine
- that we got intimate (even faked the details of the acts ) and i have gotten her pregnant 3 times in recent times.
More to that she told I had asked to be a Ghar Jamai and to give me ownership of her father's business and property bcoz she is claiming to be rich. Well she is not rich. She used to ask me to send money for recharge and other stuff she needs help with, which I never did n called her bullshit many times which had annoyed her highly at that time. She must have held grudges.
She sent pics of her stay with other Men claiming to be mine like that jeans in the background is his or this shadow is his and this hand in the pic is his etc. To come aroundt not having any pic of us together, she lied that I made her swear on my life to delete all of our pics together.
Now the girl ' A ' I was involved with , in anger had propagated all of these lies to my Mom n Dad ( this have ruined my relation with them to a certain extent )and even to my Ex stating that as per timeline according to this girl 'T' I must have Double dated or cheated or whatever on my EX.. This caused shitstorms of its own as my EX got involved in revenge mode n her arranged marriage husband also got involved supporting her to take revenge from me.
Girl 'A' has even propagated these things amongst our friends and some of my colleagues she knows. She did this to take revenge. She was not ready to even listen to how this tinder girl is a liar, otherwise i would have been able to show through these lies by some logic n facts.
After doing this abomination, this tinder girl just deleted her insta n vanished, which reminded me that she had previously also deleted her insta account and created a new one, which led me to think she might have done this before to some other boy.
I have been trying to cope with all the side eyes and the taunts and other stuff for a over a year now. I have lost the respect n love of people close to me n of someone with whom I could have spent my life potentially. I tried to overlook n start fresh n get on with my life.
But I couldn't comprehend how someone can do this to a random person just for fun n bcoz she thinks she could get away with this. I can't get this idea out of my head that while I'm suffering n spiraling down into the abyss, clearly this tinder girl just bcoz she could for her sick fun did all this & must be enjoying, giggling, roaming around, without any weight of her malicious actions on her conscience and far away from facing any consequences.
I'm not sure how long I can take this as clearly I'm pushing myself into depression n isolation. Now sometimes suicidal thoughts come to mind, that may b this is the only way to show that I didn't do any of the things. But again I still have a little strength left & That made me come here n ask.
How can I legally pursue this ??
I have this Girl T's multiple insta handles & her phone number. I want to trace her n want to atleast have a written police confession from this tinder girl that she had lied n prove my innocence to all these people who just blindly believed a random girl and didn't even give me a chance to prove anything. Atleast let me know what my options are to redeem myself even a tiny bit, to show I didn't do any of this.
