We are a company based in Central India. We deal with civil and solar irrigation projects, it’s been close to two years that we have been not paid by government for our dues since 2024. This has added burden and pressure over our cash flow and money rotation. Have been facing difficulties to pay for salaries, material supply and significantly other expenses. Most importantly we are facing crisis to pay the emi’s on time and just need to know what steps can be taken. Also we have been served one or two notices for late payment of Emi too.
Any help regarding the legal reply for the same would be appreciated.
