I’ve tried messaging ModSupport about a sensitive issue, but I haven’t received the automated/bot response that I’ve received in the past. I’ve since sent a follow-up message, but still haven’t heard anything.

I completely understand they’re busy and I’m happy to wait - I’m just not sure whether my original message has actually been received. Is there a way to check whether a ModSupport modmail has gone through, or is there anything else I should be doing?
