I’m confused between Sobha Classic 12 years old and Sobha Royal Pavilion New for a 3 BHK purchase in Bangalore, mainly for self-use.
My priorities are:
Better construction quality & long-term maintenance
Spacious layouts and practical floor plans
Peaceful community with good residents profile
Better for family living rather than investor-heavy crowd
Connectivity to ORR / Sarjapur side
Future resale and appreciation potential
I’m looking at around:
Sobha Classic: ~1800 sq ft
Sobha Royal Pavilion: ~1500 sq ft
Royal Pavilion looks more premium visually and has larger amenities, but Classic seems to offer bigger usable space and maybe a more mature community.
Would love opinions from:
Existing residents
Anyone who visited both projects
Brokers or real estate folks familiar with Sobha projects
Which one would you choose and why? Any hidden pros/cons I should know about?
