Dyshidrotic eczema

So I am 45 years old and just got dyshidrotic eczema. The blisters were the worst on my feet and hands. After months of it,dermatologist finally was able to see me and gave me steriod cream to get it under control and t h en Tacrolimus for management.

I can't handle the Tacrolimus ( it makes my head hurt, I get really bad allergies eyes watering. itching and hurting, and it feels like my body can't regulate my temperature [ like really bad hot flashes but in my face]) so I have just not used it anymore. But even before using it,

my heels are in so much pain. Like deep inside pain. There is no blisters or anything visible there but it hurts to put weight on them. It never hurt before the dyshidrotic eczema. I guess I am just wondering if anyone else has experienced this or is my body just really weird?

Sorry for this being so long and all over the place.
