So, it seems like the most popular modern designer scents are an instant headache for me...
BDC headache
Ysl hero headache
The one headache
Bohemian lime headache
Bdc,ysl y, angels share, most modern aquatics and on and on and on....
Most anything with "beast mode" longevity reviews= headache.
I think its maybe a combination of stronger fixatives and heavy amber in the dna.
So.... on to the things that have been enjoyable to my nose with no negative side effects
Everything rogue....i only really loved Chypre Siam, Fougère L'aube, and Bon Monsieur but nothing in the discovery triggered headaches.
I enjoy le grand chypre from b&m, blackwatch from spearhead(designed by shawn from chantillion lux and maher olfactory) burberry London and brit for men original spice bomb, don't bother me in the least.
My wife has loved and utilized some ELDO scents over years and they don't bother me, while i don't wear them i enjoy them(i am trash, balcon, above the waves)
So cutting to the chase after that long-winded intro....what would you fine people recommend i try next as far as makers/ designers/ houses that are making nice scents without crazy amounts of projection, strength, perfumers alcohol, amber, fixatives, whatever, that might sit well with sensitive scent receptors like mine. I'm fine reapplying when needed. I don't care if people smell my purchase across the room or if it has a recognizable name or fans or if it's multi dimensional.... Just enjoyable nice scents that aren't full of screech.
