Wanted and Prisoner ability concepts.
Wanted: Quickdraw - Wanted draws a pistol, which rings bells if hitting one, and temporarily kills anything it hits - does not affect Husks or other Clientside Entities.
Prisoner: Enchain - Prisoner throws a chain forward, grabbing every gift on the platform they are standing on. Can only be used three times per level.
