For the first time I defaulted on my credit card due to post partum and life in general but not only with credit cards, phone bills, utilities etc.

I got a letter from TSICO (the lawyers) warning me that if I do not respond, they will put a claim to the court.

Has anyone experienced this?

I’m simply not in a place where I can afford it, I can have my water shut off if I don’t pay my utilities
