First loaf, please help

First loaf, please help

This was my first loaf and it was sooo sticky when I went to shape it, I honestly almost tossed it but figured I’d see what would happen. I bought my starter from the farmers market and have been feeding it a 1:1:1 ratio for the past 15 days, it’s been doubling for about 7 days so I thought I was ok to bake but maybe I was wrong??

Recipe:
100g active starter
350g Filtered warm water
500g bread flour
10g Salt

Mix and rest for an hr
4 rounds of stretch and folds every 30 minutes
BF for 8 hours
Tried to shape as best as I could 🫠
Put in fridge for 16 hours
Preheated oven at 450 with Dutch oven inside for 30 minutes
Baked for 30 minutes with lid on and then removed lid for additional 20 minutes

Any tips on how to improve are greatly appreciated!!!

This is my first starter and it’s been a day and a half, I’ve fed it twice and it was doubled this morning but fell. Should I feed again or wait?

Help out first time sourdougher! Im feeling a little lost with all the different info I keep coming across 🫠but I just got my first starter, it was in the fridge and I fed it about 6 hours ago, but nothing has happened yet. Should I wait or feed it again? If I do feed it again how much water and flour should I use?
