hi there, been using fedora with KDE for a few months now and this has been the first issue I haven't been able to solve through web search and forums. there's this weird intermittent bug with the audio volume hotkeys - sometimes (not always, it actually seems random) the volume hotkeys stop working properly. i can press the volume up/down keys once and the volume changes by the expected 5%, but after that, pressing the keys again does nothing

the only way to actually change the volume again is to manually move the slider in the volume OSD or system tray. when I do that, the volume changes even though the slider visually doesn't appear to move at all

relevant infos (if I forgot something feel free to ask): fedora 43 with kde plasma 6.6.2 and wayland, kernel 6.19.8-200.fc43
