Should I go for another interview? I already have a job offer.

I have just got a job offer from a pharma company in telesales as a fresher. The CTC is 19k a month 15mins drive from home and 14 days of paid leaves in a year. Monday to Saturday working. They are also asking me to sign one year bond which is okay to me. They are asking to join on Monday.

I have got another call for an interview for content writer position which I am excited about and kinda passionate about content creation. About 20 mins away 5 days working and 24 days of paid leaves with 15-17k range. They are asking for interview on Monday.

Please help me get over this conundrum.

Absconded first job after 7 months. Need advice.

Hi,

I absconded from my first job after almost 7 months of working there due to management and toxic work culture issues. No notice period no formal resignation. It was back in 2025 when I was still in college and pursuing my graduation.

I know I made a huge mistake shouldn’t have done it or with proper resignation. I was naive and the decision was impulsive, not aware of the consequences, just wanted to be not there anymore.

Now my college is over and results are awaited. I am looking for job with a fresher tag. I don’t know how to deal with this situation. Please help a brother out 🙏🙏

Feel free to ask questions

Absconded my first job after 6 months now fear of BGV

I absconded my first job after 6 months due to toxic work culture. But the work was fun and that kept me alive for 6 months but at a certain point things got really out of and I decided that I can’t do this anymore. I was so good that they had to hire four others in my replacement. I even asked the advice of my mentor who taught me things there and best performer of the branch that what to do he told me that you’re still studying so it doesn’t matter that you absconded or resign but if you try to properly resign that these people are gonna give you a real hard time. The experience you have here is not that of a significant that one could mention in their resumes. So I left. No relieving letter No other job offer No experience letter nothing.

After a month I got another job only 5 mins away from home night shift and five working including paid holidays. I was very happy because was looking for something like this only. My goal is to move out of India. I could learn the language on the side while completing other tasks in the daytime. Pay was low during training period but after that decent. The nature of job was very mundane plus night shift were fucking my health pretty good. Initially I thought this is perfect for my goal. But the final nail in the coffin was the before I resigned from there also. My manager had caught me sleeping during work. He told me that we know that you can do it and that is why you are still here. The one who isn’t made for this already leaves or we terminate them. We need results only then your training period will end and you’ll move to bigger paycheques else you may need to leave as well. So I thought before they kick me out it is better that I resign. This time actually resigned but since it was a training period and only two months I didn’t got any sort of professional documentation plus no issue of PF.

Fast forward today 2.5 months later my college exams are completed now having hard to find work as I possess no significant skills and fear of absconding the previous company during BGV. My results of final year are still pending which makes it harder to apply graduate positions. The university itself takes several months to roll out results. I don’t even feel like working anymore in this country and just move out. But I need to fund my dream. Parents are supportive but I also need to have income source to fulfil my dream financially. This is taking a heavy toll on my mental and physical health due to which my language learning is also suffering. I need money get into proper language learning classes. Anything 15-25k a month would work for me at the moment.
