Hello all, I wondered if anyone can advise if trail shoes are strictly necessary for the St.Alban's parkrun? I'll be passing through this weekend, and trying to travel as light as possible, so wondering if I can get away with my usual road trainers (as I'll be running elsewhere over the weekend too). The weather does look like it'll be mildly wet, so expect the course will be a little slippy/muddy (which might have answered my question tbh...), but keen for other's insights! Many thanks.
