After booking for 4 days and 3nights, now these wonderful guys are forcing us to attend the 2+ hour presentation. I have a 1.5 year old baby and 6 year old kid and I have requested that only one person will attend the presentation but these guys are like crazy and forcing us to attend the presentation as its included in the package. What kind of customer service is this? If customer is not willing to attend means no one can force them, but here in United States this is happening. Anyways I have donated $199 for these lovely people. Please guys do not fall in this trap.
