Just wondering, have you seen significant changes using spearmint tea?

And can I just steep 1 bag in a large glass and divide that up into 2 portions throughout the day or should I use 2 tea bags and prepare 2 separate drinking times for best results?

I’m in Canada and joined as a CSRP in front end, so what are some things that are important for me to know about pay, work, management, etc that maybe nobody tells you upfront.

Also if possible, I would like to know how to increase pay. Can I work as a part time cashier than switch back to CSRP to increase rate?

What are the cons of the CSRP program
