Long Trails for Marathon Training
I recently moved to Bowie and am currently training for a marathon. Some runs will get up to 20 miles. Does anyone know if there are any trails or trail loops I could run in or near Bowie, where I can log this amount of miles without running a 5k loop 5-6 times?
