I am looking for a few different things. I just had a first meeting with Freshchat but I could hardly understand the guy and he couldn't understand my questions.
Here is what I am looking for- any suggestions?

1. Have the chat have an option for visitors to click on either sales or support and have the chats routed to either sales or support (right now they all go to the same inbox)
2. Have the contact forms auto round robin between sales reps between 8am-5pm mst, but if one is not marked or replied to in 10 minutes then it needs to go into an open pot that whoever is available can work (speed to lead is important).
3. I would potentially like the forms to go into a different inbox than the chats so that they can be differentiated
4. When a form is responded to I want it to send from the rep's email and get responses to their email.
   Emails going to correct inbox - check with technical team
5. Desktop notifications when a new form or chat comes in
6. Mobile version app to be able to see who owns, who is in the pot, etc.
