closed store
Went to pick up my mobile order for there to be cones blocking the drive thru, i parked and see someone standing at the door and she just starts yelling they’re closed so i said cool need a refund then and she said no. The app FAQ says to return to the store for a refund. she said no. I asked if they’ve been closed why they haven’t shut off the mobile ordering, MULTIPLE cars were parked for the same reason. she laughed and said oops must’ve forgotten. that was literally the last money i had and i haven’t eaten a full meal in days. Cried the whole drive home because that’s literally all i had and they had the audacity to laugh at me when i said what am i supposed to do if you won’t refund me that’s all the money i had and she just kept laughing and smiling. i feel so defeated. got home and managed to initiate a refund but it says it takes 1-7 days. they said they closed for floor cleaning, something that’s known in advance. times are tough rn i know im not the only person who just got screwed out of their only meal in the last couple days.
