I started going to the gym just last week, but I'm feeling quite helpless as a complete beginner.

The trainers showed me each machine only once and then left. So according to my card, Whenever I ask them like next is abs crunches or lat pulldowns, they just point at the machine and say "that's the one." When I politely request them to observe my form to check if I'm doing the exercises correctly, they say "yes" but never actually come over. They always seem busy with other people or pretend to be occupied.
As a beginner, I’m trying my best by watching YouTube videos for proper posture and technique before doing any exercise. Still, I’m worried I might be doing things wrong and could end up injuring myself.
I would really appreciate any practical advice on how to handle this situation or tips for beginners who don’t have proper guidance at the gym.
